Affinity Purified Goat Troponin I Peptide 3 is an antibody that recognizes the amino acid sequence 27-39 of human cardiac Troponin I. This region is found to be very stable in human serum making this antibody a useful tool in detection of cTNI in AMI patient samples. Clinical studies suggest that cTNI has several desirable features as a marker of myocardial injury.
